Spencer began his 2008 fitness challenge on November 17th 2007. Weighing in at
400+ Lbs it was time for Jay Spencer to start taking his own health seriously.
Jay Spencer got on the phone with his long time friend and professional personal
trainer Andrew Ghalashahi and asked him for assistance with weight loss and proper
gym training techniques. Andrew Ghalashahi happily gave very detailed professional
tips and techniques to get Jay Spencer started on his quest to better fitness.
Jay set a weight loss goal to weigh in at 270 Lbs with no set time table. Jay
Spencer is driven to succeed will make sure he meets or exceeds his fitness goals.
So with Andrew Ghalashahi's help Jay Spencer will begin his 2008 Fitness Challenge.
