Jay Spencer reaches 50 Lbs of weight loss after three months of extensive weight training and healthy diet. Jay Spencer would like to give a heart felt thank you to Andrew Ghalashahi for the help training. Jay would also like the thank his supportive parents and Shahla for motivation to keep going on with his vision of becoming a bodybuilder.
